Das Apartment ist total geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir mussten uns erst an die hohe Luftfeuchte gewöhnen, da es direkt in den Stein gehauen ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und hat hervorragend geklappt ohne, dass wir uns persönlich getroffen haben. Wir konnten die Terrasse leider nicht für uns nutzen, aber es war kein Problem. An den Tagen, die wir in Pitigliano waren, fand nämlich das größte Fest des Jahres statt - das Weinfest! Auf der Terrasse war eine cantina und wir hatten Partystimmung und guten (auch günstigen) Wein direkt vor der Türe.

Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce, zachowane zostały wszystkie cechy indywidualne pomieszczeń. Podgrzewany materac oraz grzejniki w każdym pomieszczeniu pomagają przezwyciężyć chłód płynący z kamiennych ścian. Ogromnym atutem jest taras oraz leżaki i akcesoria pozwalające na relaks na świeżym powietrzu

La casa ha un umidità dell'80% e questo rende le temperature percepite molto alte.
Ad agosto 2026, le temperature nel locale a piano terreno erano intorno ai 28 gradi, ma con una tale umidità era caldissimo.
Il soppalco dove si dorme, più caldo e umido ancora.
L'appartamento è piuttosto buio, essendo dotato solo di due piccole finestrelle.
L'idea della casa nel tufo è molto particolare e carina, ma sarebbe necessario mettere un impianto di condizionamento e un deumidificatore funzionante.
