The location was amazing. We were close enough to everything we needed yet still in a private community. Amenities on site were very accommodating for my family. At the clubhouse, the staff ladies were always welcoming and friendly to not just the adults but all the children that came in there as well. Starbucks is at the end of the road, half a mile away, as well as gas station and other easily accessible food chains. You have grocery stores within 3 miles as well.
This is not on owner or facility--the people above you could be loud. Out of respect, if you have young children, ensure that you are aware of noise. We had some party people above us and that got to a point where we weren't getting any sleep. Even a chair drag could be heard from upstairs. There are full time residents that stay om this property so be courteous.

"Cozy apartment in a quiet and clean area, yet still within a short distance to parks, shopping, and restaurants. Pleasant and smooth communication with the owner of the apartment. I was a bit concerned that it took some time before I received the door code, but it arrived as promised at 4:00 PM on the check-in day. Thank you for having us."
