In addition to the amazing hotel, staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. From the welcoming gentel men in the gate to tge rest of team.
Special thanks to Federica, Vanessa, Alexandra, the conceriage and the management.
Can’t remember the name of the morrocan lady working in the restaurant.
The hotel is elegant, clean, and in a very good location.
Staff really made us feel very happy.

Le Labo amenities
Pool (which was the main reason for our booking) was closed for unknown reasons. No spa.
Very friendly staff except for one receptionist who stood out as being almost stubbornly unaccommodating.
Overpriced considering location.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive that we genuinely felt at home. The concierge team was exceptional — they arranged all of our dinner reservations and were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. A very special thank you to Mark from the concierge team; he was amazing and truly made our stay even more special.

They upgraded us upon arrival for a social celebration without asking and had Prosecco waiting for us on arrival.
But out of the way from the main tourist hotspots but a short taxi ride fixed that.
