No AC, or 1heater downstairs. We do have fans in every bedroom and living room. House gets really cool during the summer. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Away from all the tourists and traffic. House is heading towards the mountains in a very safe security-guarded private community. This gated community is located just behind Cosco/Soriana. If you use Maps you have to put Garden Street and Iron Street. Keys and remote will be given to you by my neighbor since I am not there. I would say see the dropped pin directions since it is accurate because if you enter the directions it will be wrong. Town town is only 5 miles away with a ton of bars, restaurants, nightlife, and sightseeing.
