No unauthorized guests allowed. Relax and enjoy the sunshine, 10 minutes to Skydive City, 20 minutes to Tampa and Busch Gardens, 45 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to outlet mall, 1 hour to Orlando and Disney! Minutes to restaurants, grocery, hospital and shopping. Enjoy a quiet walk or bike ride in the evening around the community ponds, play putt putt or basketball in the park or stay in and read a book or play cards/ board games, watch a video with your family!

The Sunshine Shack was perfect for our stay in Zephyrhills. It’s very convenient to everything we needed and very comfortable. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Crissy is very friendly and helpful.
