About this house rental
Multi Million Dollar Estate situated on 2 acres. 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms can comfortably sleep 18 in this massive 7500 square foot Grand Hacienda. Outdoor area includes a pool, hot tub and extensive entertaining areas. The designer home has been professionally decorated and well suited to accommodate large groups. The Date Plantation Estate has attracted many affluent customers and celebrities.
Do you want the pool heated? The spa heat comes with the house rental but the pool heat is an added expense. There is a $200 pre-heating charge and $199/day with a 2-day minimum. It heats between 84-85 degrees. We need to know at least 7 days before arrival, as we must start the heater early to get it to the proper temperature.
**During winter Dec through March 31 the temperature would be 78-82 degrees
**The main house has 4 downstairs bedrooms, including the Master Bedroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms
The casita - all bedrooms are upstairs

We just wrapped up a fun weekend with 18 ppl at this amazing house for a reunion. There was ample space for sleeping and hanging out. The living and sleeping spaces were very impressive. We felt like we were living in a castle. We had so many laughs together at the pool, the huge (well stocked) kitchen, and the large dining areas. We enjoyed the artwork throughout the house. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very easy to work with and communication was easy. Great place to vacation, no need to leave the property. People in our group were most impressed by the kitchen dining area! They had all the things & more. We cooked many meals and all the gadgets and thingamabobs were there, and more. And we can not say enough about the extra wide-large fridge and freezer! We brought a lot of food & had no problem storing it! The pool and lounge area was amazing. Pool was refreshing & spa was perfect. Many lounge chairs for the group as well as outdoor dining table with TV. If you are on the fence, don’t be! Stay here, it’s amazing!!

We absolutely loved staying at this gorgeous house. There were 14 of us here for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! There were enough rooms to fit everyone comfortably and enough space between the rooms and the main space to keep noise out of people were still up. There were lots of great spaces to lounge, chat, and hang out. The kitchen space was great for gathering everyone together for all meals and had plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. We loved the adjacency from the kitchen to the pool for easy access to food, drinks, and restrooms. I also appreciated all of the art and beautiful design around the house. It really felt like we were in a luxurious vacation. Perfect spot for a bachelorette weekend with relaxing vibes and beautiful decor.

The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Checking in and out with seamless with clear communication from the host. All the amenities were used; pool, Pickleball court, playground, Jacuzzi, pool table, etc.. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.I would definitely stay here again!

Great house for a large group! We had 8 guys staying here on a golf trip and it was perfect. Beautiful property.We loved the patio and big tv out there to watch games. We loved the how spaced out the property was to give everyone enough room. Will stay here again.
