Un accueil très sympathique et professionnel. Un cadre exceptionnel avec des paysages splendide. Une piscine sensationnelle.

Der Pool ist traumhaft. Jede Ferienwohnung hat private Liegen am Pool. Die Lage ist sehr gut und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick in die Landschaft der Toskana oder auf Siena, je nachdem, wo das Zimmer liegt. Nach Siena sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Betten sind bequem, nicht hart. Küche und Küchenausstattung ist noch ok. Wenn man nicht selber kocht, gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ein Auto ist fast Voraussetzung. Die Straße zum Anwesen ist nicht geteert, lässt sich aber sehr gut befahren. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und verschattet. Den Brötchenservice haben wir nicht getestet. Unser Zimmer (Nummer 1) lag auf der Ecke und war damit fast freistehend. Für 3 Personen ausreichend Platz.

A localização, a vista, o espaço exterior super bem cuidado e lindíssimo.
É um sítio muito calmo, super adequado para famílias com crianças pequenas.
Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestáveis.
A piscina é óptima, e tem estacionamento abrigado.
O apartamento onde ficamos era um pouco mais pequeno do que estávamos a contar, mas para compensar, tinha uma área exterior incrível e super privada.
As casas, sendo de estrutura antiga, apresentam algum odor a humidade. Mas nada que não se possa resolver ou que vá estragar a experiência.

Views were amazing, and were the highlight of the stay. Peace and quiet, but not enough real amenities.
1. WiFi was NOT available anywhere outside of the reception area, and in this day and age, to not have WiFi in the apartments is such a disservice. (only after reading the fine-print did I notice that they have a disclaimer saying WiFi available in the general areas only--- but barely! You could not even sit in the terrace area outside the reception and get good fast WiFi.)
2. Very stingy with toiletries. Only one roll of toilet paper for an entire week's stay. Please warn your guests to go shopping before they arrive so that they can purchase toilet paper and other toiletries before driving down a 2 km stretch of unpaged private road.
3. Not all the burners on the stove worked, a couple of the cups were chipped, the hot water kettle was ancient (and still the plastic version from the 1990's). Old kitchen and facilities.
4. You had to drive on an unpaved dirt road for almost 2 kilometers to get to the place. It would be good to warn guests to rent a larger car or an SUV to be able to comfortably navigate the road.
