Apartment was very clean, spacious and modern. Location was close to Piazza Del Campo and easy to access all areas in and around Siena. We used it as a base to visit other areas, such as Pisa and Vinci just a short drive away. Easy parking and very comfortable and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended
Steep driveway could be an issue if, like us, you have mobility disabilities, but not insurmountable and certainly didn't take away anything from the property. We just took it slowly and admired the lovely view

No hubo wifi en los 4 días. La puerta del portal se abría con wifi y no la pudimos abrir, sufriendo varias horas de retraso y de espera en el portal. Además, íbamos con un bebé que estaba muy cansado. Los propietarios (que siempre me escribieron por whatsapp para pedir los datos y el checkin), no contactaron por esta vía para decir que el wifi no funcionaba y que teníamos que acceder a la vivienda de otra manera. Nos escribieron por booking, vía que nunca habían utilizado para comunicarse con nosotros. Tenían que habernos comunicado esta incidencia por WhatsApp y asegurarse de que la recibíamos igual que hicieron cuando les interesaba saber nuestros datos y que hiciéramos el checkin (para eso sí que nos escribieron por WhatsApp en multitud de ocasiones….). Muy mal la comunicación y el interés en ese sentido.
