Appartamento spazioso con posto auto privato.
Presenza di doppio rilevatore di monossido di carbonio.
Camere spaziose con letti comodi.
Posizione nelle vicinanze della Porta Romana, da cui è facile raggiungere il centro a piedi o, in alternativa, utilizzando il bus la cui fermata è in prossimità dell'alloggio.
Attesa del proprietario per pagamento tassa soggiorno e informazioni sull'alloggio, nonostante fossimo in perfetto orario e avessimo anticipato l'imminente arrivo con una telefonata una volta imboccato il Raccordo Autostradale FI-SI.
Al nostro arrivo l'impianto di riscaldamento risultava spento e l'appartamento freddo (ca. 15/16° C), tant'è che ci sono volute quasi 3 ore per raggiungere una temperatura un minimo accettabile (sarebbe stata cosa corretta avviare l'impianto almeno un paio d'ore prima del nostro arrivo).
Forte e persistente odore di muffa che ci ha costretto ad arieggiare per parecchio tempo i locali, aggravando il problema della temperatura interna.
Dotazione di stoviglie e accessori di cucina assolutamente inadeguata rispetto alla tipologia e capacità dell'alloggio. 2 padelle per la pasta, 1 padella antiaderente oramai rovinata, 2 bricchi per il latte inutilizzabili in quanto privi dei necessari manici, null'altro. Poche tazze da latte rispetto alla capacità dell'alloggio, nessuna teiera per preparare un tè (!?), mancanza di coltelli per taglio pane e per taglio salumi, mancanza grattugia per il formaggio.
Piano cottura parzialmente inutilizzabile (un fuoco non funziona e su un secondo non si attiva l'accensione automatica (sarebbe necessario un accendino non presente).
Rubinetto del lavello cucina che spande copiosamente (l'abbiamo serrato noi alla bell'e meglio).
Pulizia del frigo approssimativa.
Tavola del wc del bagno piccolo incoerente con la dimensione del sanitario, oltretutto che si sfila dal fissaggio, probabilmente a causa di una sua recente sostituzione con un elemento non adeguato.
Chiusura della porta scorrevole del bagno grande difettosa, che spesso rende necessario sollevare il pannello dal basso per riaprirla.

Clean and tidy

The apartment itself was clean overall, and check-in was very easy and well organized. We were greeted right on time, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. There was no Wi-Fi, and I contacted them twice about it. The first time, I was told they would reach out to the owner and get back to me, but I never received an update. I followed up a second time and unfortunately received no response at all. We understand that technical issues can happen, but the lack of communication and follow-up was disappointing.
There were also a few maintenance issues. One toilet seat was broken, as was one of the shower heads. One of the bathrooms had an extremely small shower that was very difficult for an adult to use comfortably.
The towels were also disappointing. The largest towels provided on the beds were quite small and not really suitable as bath towels for an adult. There were two larger towels in the bathroom, but unfortunately they had a very unpleasant smell, so we did not feel comfortable using them.

There were definitely positives — the apartment was clean, our arrival was smooth, and the check-in process was excellent. However, the maintenance issues, towels, lack of Wi-Fi and especially the lack of response after we reached out more than once took away from the overall experience. With better attention to these details and better communication with guests, this could be a much better stay.
