Everything you see in the pictures and reviews are accurate. Condo is very clean and updated. It has everything you need. Great views and because it is an end unit it has a lot of light. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beach get-away. The owners keep you updated and clearly have taken the time to make this condo perfect for everyone.

From the moment we walked in we were impressed! The property was updated, extremely clean and had walls of windows with multiple lanais offering us Marco sunrises and sunsets overlooking Marco Island and miles of Marco beach. The kitchen was very large, the kitchen island faced west with views of the gulf. The bedrooms were split for privacy and both bathrooms were tastefully updated. We would highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Jeff and Francine's condo! This lovely condo has beautiful views of both sunrise and sunsets. The condo was very clean when we arrived, which made us very happy. There were a few kitchen items that we asked Jeff to add to his kitchen, since my husband and I love to cook. He ordered and delivered them the next day. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo! It won't disappoint.

This beautiful condo is an excellent getaway for beach lovers. As a corner condo it allows for a wrap around balcony with great views and seating area. The condo is well maintained with basic essentials. Its a short walking distance to the beach, which we loved. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

This condo was a great, clean and beautiful place to stay. The views from this condo are spectacular!!! It is in a great location being near a lot of stuff. We loved the very spacious living area and we loved the outdoor space also. The owners are very friendly and available to chat with when you need them. We look forward to staying here again.

Overall the property was beautiful. Beautiful views, beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Checking in was a problem because the directions tell you that you have to enter property from the garage but they had garage blocked off due to construction. We were able to reach property owner who helped us finally get in. But overall the condo was fantastic and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This property is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay in Marco Island! The property is just as pictured and super clean! It was like walking into a new construction and the view from every room is spectacular! It is perfectly stocked with everything you need for your stay. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable. The communication with the owner was great as well; he was very responsive and clear with the instruction needed for arrival and check in. My family picks on me because I’m so particular when it comes to where we stay and I’m usually unhappy with some aspect of our accommodations, but I will say this was the first time that I had zero disappointments and when I asked them if they had any suggestions for things that could have improved our experience, they couldn’t think of a thing. We highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! If you’re hesitating about booking… don’t!!!

This condo is just as described in listing! The property manager is very attentive and responds almost immediately! The condo includes everything that you need for your vacation. Pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, you name it. The owners storage contains items you need for the beach..wagon, chairs, umbrella cooler. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and spotless. Condo was updated and very nice. If you are a fan user when sleeping, bring your own. I travel with my own so was prepared. All in all this condo included items that most do not when renting on the island. Don’t forget your bug spray! Mosquitos are horrible this time of year! Most importantly be prepared for a million dollar view because this condo has it!

Million dollar view from this stunning condo!! Watch wonderful sunrises & sunsets from this wrap around balcony! This property is amazing! It is extremely clean with beautiful decor. The kitchen has all of the essentials including a blender for those frozen margaritas! It has everything you need for a day at the beach( chairs, umbrella, towels)! Great location, pool, walk to beach, nearby restaurants. Our host, Jeff, was very responsive & attentive to ensure that our stay was amazing! We loved our accommodations! We’ll be back!!
