The kitchen is well-appointed with cookware, high-end appliances, new knives, spices, and cooking oil to make meal prep easy. A drip coffee pot with filters, small French press, and a Keurig are available, with starter supplies. A living room with a piano, family room with a fireplace and 65” smart TV, and upstairs bonus room with 50” smart TV offer plenty of spaces to relax. Live TV is available in the main family room. There are exterior cameras monitoring the property around the outside of the house for safety. Lawn maintenance is on Thursday. Garbage and recycling are picked up on Monday morning. Garbage goes in the can with the green lid. Paper, plastic, and metal recycling go in the can with the yellow lid.
