This is a family friendly home, however it is not equipped with baby and toddler safety features. As noted, there is a pool and spa. All children and anyone who is not a strong swimmer must be monitored closely as there is no safety fence around the pool. The spa heating is included in the price. However if you'd like to use the pool heater the gas charges will be an additional $75/day of use. The heating systems are controlled via a tablet. The Spa will automatically shut off after 90 minutes. However the pool must be manually turned off. If the pool heat is left on accidentally overnight you will be responsible for the extra costs. We allow up to two pets, dogs only sorry no cats! For a $125 fee per pet. Please clean up your pets waste, if there is waste left behind it will be an additional $100 fee.
