We loved our time at this condo! It is in a high rise but on the first floor looking over one of the pools with a great view of the ocean. It was so easy to get out to the beach each morning. The condo is right next to the gym but we never heard any noise coming from there. Never heard any neighbors either. The condo was clean and bright with very tall ceilings and comfy furniture. If you like sleeping with heavier blankets, bring some. The beds all had a very light cover on them which I loved but my kids used the blankets we brought with us. The complex is huge but we were able to park close to the condo every time and the beach was not as crowded as I expected. Beautiful, clear water. Close to restaurants and stores. I definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was great but it was very noisy at night due to mechanical noise.

Unit was clean, spacious, private, and everything else we expected from staying in the same unit on the other side of the floor last year. However, the master bedroom shared a wall with the mechanical room of the building which involved loud revving noises all day and night. It sounded like a rocket taking off at various intervals. There was also random clanging and vibration could be felt lying in the bed. White noise and ear plugs did not drown the noise out. We contacted management twice about the noise - they were responsive and able to fix a high pitch squealing noise that started up twice during our stay, but the rest of the noises were apparently just part of the normal noises emitted by the building’s mechanical room as they never addressed the full issue directly despite describing the extent of the racket twice. Definitely would not recommend staying in this unit unless you are a very heavy sleeper who is unbothered by very loud noises in your bedroom.
