特别好的房东太太，为我们准备了自己做的蛋糕，面包，披萨。冰箱里还给我们准备了水，牛奶和酸奶
房子是3房1厅2卫，房间很大，唯一小遗憾客厅和一间客房没有空调

Soggiorno fantastico! L'appartamento è davvero spazioso, comodo e pulito. La posizione è ottima per visitare Matera: in soli 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico, e un grande punto a favore è stata la facilità nel trovare parcheggio proprio nella via della struttura. La colazione è stata piacevole: la signora ci ha portato il latte e ci ha fatto scegliere tra diversi cornetti freschi, oltre a mettere a disposizione anche gli yogurt, delle fette biscottate con scelta tra nutella e marmellata. Assolutamente consigliato!
Nulla in particolare, mi sono trovata benissimo e il soggiorno ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative

Muy amplio y completo, espacioso y cómodo.
Lo único a destacar es que no cuenta con ascensor y son varios pisos, para nosotras no fue problema
$$$$
