The location was bare none! The cabins were great. Very quiet

cheap construction because its new its ok but it will wear with heavy use lack of privacy absence of on site staff presence need more auxiliaries like garbage bags soap, towels. dish washing things. Cutting utensils.

Unique experience, great location but would rent a regular bungalow instead of boat next time.

Staff was very friendly, our bungalow boat was clean and some things even looked unused. Brand new facility, sheets and towels new and clean. Dish liquid and sponge as well as a roll of paper towels, and coffee/filter for the first day were provided. Boats were more stable than expected and only occasionally moved very slightly.

Bungalow boats are too close together and there is no privacy when sitting on the screened porches. Can overhear conversations from all directions. Units were fully booked and multiple kids playing noisily on the porches and dogs barking. Great for small families though. Would definitely not try to fit more than 4 people in one boat. Our WiFi did not work and neither did the neighbor's to one side. We complained but probably unable to fix due to weekend. Porches need some type of pull-down shade as it was extremely sunny and too hot for breakfast outside (or dinner, depending which way the units are pointed.)

No HOT water. Breaker for hot water kept tripping. Reported to front office. Still kept happening.

It’s not quite there yet.

There were parts like the location that made the stay worth it, but the parts where there’s constant construction and folks around our bungalow took away the relaxing experience we were looking for. I would have had no problem paying the prices we did if we weren’t interrupted by the construction, beeping of skid steers, leaking pipes, camera installs (one pointed right at our porch, and no sign warning us), a shower broken, and being told that due to the hot water tank only being 20 gallons we should arrange our shower schedules. Garrett seemed to be trying a lot but there’s not a lot of staff to meet the needs of the opening weeks. The poor guy was always dealing with customers and trying. A soft opening price would have made it easier to deal with but after paying what we did for the 9 days I’m upset at myself and wish I had known all the items taking place and would have tried next year. Check in was not a positive experience. The lady was training another gentleman, and yes they were training and trying, but the system wasn’t working, then the water sports rental folks are talking over you and you couldn’t hear. Rental prices were mentioned as one price then another customer butts in and says no it’s this price and I just didn’t feel I had confidentially or an experience again for paying almost $3300 for the 9 days. Overall I know you need to make money and my comments won’t go far, but you really should have listed out we’re still renovating and updating. The bungalows had no information about laundry, trash, emergency services if needed. The tv didn’t work and all I was told was it was an IT issue. Maintenance said he wasn’t sure either on how to fix them, but would look at them. We were there to relax and not watch much tv, but again almost $400 a night and on a rainy Friday, no tv to connect to. The launch experience would have been great, but we had to fight our way through non-customers who filled the lot and stood on the beach to watch.

It wasn’t ready to be fully functional for relaxation. They have a lot of work going on and items to work out before I feel like it’s fully ready for rest and relaxation. Check in was not a positive experience. Acceptable but will not book again.

New(er) accommodations. Screened porch Shower

Confusing check in instructions and when clarified by Blue-Fin staff, instructions were not followed by them. We were left, as well as other people in our position, to try and figure it out in near dark conditions. No instructions given on where to park if accommodations were across from the marina. No lighting in marina area caused concern trying to walk on narrow boardwalk over water to unit in dark with luggage. I understood my unit would face the bay/ water instead we faced the marina

It was decent -good, clean, next time we will stay in a bungalow on land. People very nice.

The project was brand new, we were the first to stay in the bungalow so very clean. People were helpful and very nice. Golf carts for separate fee for town driving were new, and a nice feature.

Due to it being new some things expected to improve such as TV hookup, luggage carts, other minor issues. Long walk to the room, long hike to walk the dog as the boat is moored to the dock and land is considerable distance away.

The view is absolutely stunning, the Bungalows are perfect! We loved the pool, it was one of our best vacations! The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating, everyone was super friendly.
