It was very clean and right on the inlet. Were there during a Northeastern storm so high tide kept us on the island & inside, but that didn't bother us since we came to relax. Very peaceful. Even brought our german shepherd.

Loved the location and being on a floating house boat. Will do it again for sure.
The noreaster. Left a day early because of coastal flooding.

Stayed in the floating bungalows, it was clean and has everything you might need.
The fire pit just in front of the bungalows was a plus.
The pillows for the adult room and bed was not very comfortable

The location was great for what we wanted to do
Our door keypad didn’t work so we had to use the lockbox.
Paper towels or dish towels should have been provided
The mini split units didn’t work. We kept getting an E7 error
The built in outlet nightlights were way too bright making it difficult to sleep in a darkened room
Even though these are houseboats - the docks should have more bumpers etc. The boat kept slamming and creaking all night long.
