Location was spot on - literally minutes away from the Co-op Live arena so I'd likely rebook in future. Getting into the property was easy with lockbox access. There was water and tea/coffee facilities in the room which was a nice touch, great that there was a TV in the room also. The room itself was very clean.
The front door lock was broken which made me feel a little uneasy, and the bed base was broken so a wooden board was under the mattress to support this, not the most comfortable sleep as a result. The shower was dirty so I didn't use it. The room could do with repainting as there were a few stains/marks on the wall.
