The house was well situated for public transport into the city and had almost everything we needed. It was very warm and the water was lovely and hot.
The property was not to my standard of cleanliness but was ok. Some things needed replacing like the bath mats and there were only 3 chairs at the table and only 2 forks (not ideal for a family of four). Reasonably strong smell of smoke, particularly downstairs.

Whole house to yourself great for coming and going at any hours you pleased. Plenty on street parking and close enough to the places we wanted to visit.
Although clean ish it could have been better banister was really dirty bathroom wasnt cleaned the best (if your a bit of a cleaner like me I went around with an antibacterial wipe) small things like there was a lingering smell of smoke, broken glass found upstairs in the bedroom.

Could be cleaner in the bathroom around the edging, smells like wet dog.
Cleaner left phone and we were hounded but the host to find it and get it back to them during the stay.
Good value for money, location great for venues and city centre.
Check in could be smoother, maybe get a key box
