Cramped, high priced but clean.

Downstairs flat is really small - clean, not great value for money compared to other properties. May be paying over the odds as location is next to Tottenham Court tube (rather than the Ritz).

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring London.

as other guests have mentioned, there is a long-term construction project nearby, which can be quite noisy during the day. The Wi-Fi was also a major disappointment. It was unavailable or unreliable most of the time. Although the property states that the internet is provided by a third-party contractor and isn’t suitable for working, it should still be reliable enough for basic browsing and communication (otherwise I wouldn’t have time or bother to write a detailed review) Customer service was minimal. We stayed for seven nights, yet there was no housekeeping throughout our stay - no fresh towels or bed linen, no rubbish removal, and no general cleaning. The rubbish bins started to smell after a few days in the summer heat, and the floor was noticeably dirty, so we ended up wearing our shoes inside the apartment most of the time. We stayed in the top-floor apartment. The final flight of stairs is very steep and narrow, which made carrying large or heavy suitcases quite difficult. This is something to keep in mind if you’re travelling with a lot of luggage, as there is no lift. If you plan on using the laundry facilities, be aware that the electricity is coin-operated and costs £1 for every 30 minutes of use. We recommend having at least £6 in £1 coins available if you need to do a load of washing and drying.
