The property had good facilities and in a great location. The beds were very comfy and the overall cleanliness was very good
The only down side was the noise from the tube trains running late into the night. However it is to be expected due to the location very near to the main line stations etc.

We were four adults that's why we needed four rooms but there was only one key which was a logistical nightmare.

Location was good - beds and linen were nice - internet worked great . There were trains starting early but it was more like a rumbling that a loud bang so it wasn’t too bad. Kitchen was equipped enough for what we needed. Key pick up was easy.
Quite a bit of mold in the bathrooms. I somehow missed this but there was a flight of steep narrow stairs. We had guys to help with our cases but I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself.

The location (close to 3 underground station and quite central), plenty of bed linen and towels, comfy beds, quiet area
The big lack of communication with the renter. They didn’t not replied when we asked for a 2nd set of keys (for such a large apartment, one is insufficient and it was really complicated for us with kids on different schedule than adults), they didn’t reply and didn’t act when the front door on the street didn’t latch anymore (anybody could enter freely), they didn’t reply when we asked a later checkout…. we’ve contacted them through Booking message box and the number they gave, but dead silence until 3 am the last night to say they will look into our requests… a bit too late. I have never seen such a bad communication… This is the most important when renting an apartment: having assistance when needed, especially when people safety and security is threatened.
some of the blinds, on the street side, were broken so no privacy and very hot inside the flat. the light rope of one bathroom was inexistant so impossible to turn off the light.
and please repair the heater in the entrance because the plastic bottle solution in such a narrow corridor, not good…
