Hanami Design Hotel

Amazing place: manager is incredibly welcoming and eager to help with any necessities, cleanliness is impeccable, if you are lucky - you may observe a cat sleeping in the yard out of your window! Rooms are super cozy + TV with Netflix/Prime access.

Breakfast was excellent.

Stairs were uneven. No anti slip mat in shower.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in a lovely neighbourhood surrounded by cafes and restaurants, grocery store close by and a 20 minute walk to the city centre. The staff are the real stars here - they are welcoming and warm and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is great. Breakfast is a treat with both a buffet and a la carte menu. My room was compact but had everything I needed and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.. I loved being able to open a window for fresh air.

So, I choose this hotel specifically because there was a sauna, however, they wanted to charge 20 per day extra for use, which I thought should have been disclosed. Also my room was very damp and moldy.
