Location is nice, very good breakfast and in general the vibe of the place. Also they did nice upgrade for me for free, much appreciated. I got huge suite with compliment mini bar.
The AC was too noisy. thats the only issue i believe

It’s a very beautiful hotel with lovely staff, perhaps being Newly opened there’s some small glitches that will be fixed over time. Like in room dining not being taken right away and left overnight etc. I think overtime it will become a iconic place in BG.
Breakfast buffet was 39 euro even for kids which I found a bit amusing. Roadworks from the city outside of hotel, which is not the hotels fault but made it a tiny bit more difficult.

The building itself is well-built and impressive, the interior is nicely finished and comfortable throughout. Breakfast had a good selection. The indoor garden, and the spa are nice additions.
Our hotel room wasn't ready on time so we were delayed checking in which slightly threw our plans out. Hotel staff seemed to have a bad attitude at times which we didn't get from taxi drivers or hospitality workers elsewhere (who were always very nice and attentive).
Some more hooks or racks for hanging clothing and wet towels etc. would have been very helpful.

We were very satisfied with the staff and the overall hospitality during our stay. Everyone was kind, professional, and very welcoming, which we truly appreciated.
we were quite disappointed with the room conditions. The room was located next to an active construction area, and there was constant noise throughout the day, including Sunday evening and early morning. Because of the construction, the room and surrounding area also felt very dusty and not as clean or comfortable as expected.
