Very close to himeji, tucked away in the shopping street. The owner speaks english and helped me with Japanese language. She also knows good locations near the hostel.
The temp in upper beds was cool enough to sleep without issues.
Showers are closed on certain period of the day which may be a problem to some.

It's a hostel, with basic accommodations. Location is near major attractions.
Room was a little snug, and the Japanses style beds were just OK.
