I really liked One Hostel Himeji. I recommend it to solo travellers! The capsules are spacy, the facilities nice and clean. Generally quite place and everything worked out well with my stay! You have supermarket nearby and you will be well located in a central street between the Himeji-Jo and other popular places-restaurants. Loved the chill washitsu area!
