The location was perfect for us. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. There were a few small issues in my room (they were so minor I forgot to mention them to the staff till the last day), the apologized and fixed them immediately
The onlyI didn’t like was that the AC unit would not go below 24. This was fine most of the time but I wish I could cool the room faster. It took so long to cool that I would fall asleep before raising it to 25/26 and wake up freezing. It worked well.

Great location, right between the old town and the water sports centres further up the beach. Clean with effective aircon.
The shower head didn’t stay in place so we had to hold it to shower, and the kitchen was badly equipped with no big knife nor any sponge, cloth, washing-up liquid or tea towel. Luckily we weren’t planning to cook in the room so it didn’t affect our stay too much.

The hotel is right at the jetty for the ferry and a 2 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. It is very clean and comfortable. There is parking next door. It also has chairs and umbrellas opposite on the beach. Highly recommend.

The location was close to all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good but the same every morning.
We really wanted to enjoy the sun beds the hotel offers in front of the hotel. We were told they were "free" if you buy drinks/food. As hotel guests spending $800, it would be nice to enjoy the beach loungers without the hotel trying to nickel and dime us.
In addition, the toilet leaked, and the floor in the bathroom got all wet when we took showers. No pots/pans for the cooking, despite having a kitchenette with a stovetop.
Honestly, we wished we would have stayed at one of the other hotels down the beach with a pool.
