Beautiful old town guest house

The location is excellent in a great position over looking the port with a beautiful view . We booked two rooms one with a sea view and the other with a town view . As you could imagine the sea view was great and we were pleasantly surprised with the town view room it over looked the beautiful buildings of the old town . We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again

Perfect for a stay in Sozopol

The place was absolutely great! - Very nice and helpful hosts - Spotlessly clean - Perfect location - Spectacular view - Free parking available at the property - There was fresh mineral water, tea and coffee

Exceptional

Everything was exactly as we wanted with a super location and the parking facilities beyond expectations (easily accessible and next to the accomodation is quite an achievement in a pedestrian zone). Will definitely return there if we stay in Sozopol again.

Great studio, with spacious bathroom and kitchenette with all the essential. Amazing balcony.

We stayed in the attic apartment, which could sound less than ideal. But on the contrary it was probably the best room in the building - simply due to the adorable balcony, with the best view and best welcome to the Black Sea Coast! We got to have breakfast, and relax in the evening after an afternoon of sightseeing in that amazing little balcony. The gentleman that managed the building was absolutely the best! He answered the phone immediately when I couldn't find the location, came to us in only a few minutes and guided us with great English. The parking is right at the port, in front of steps that lead directly to the entrance.

Nothing bad to point out. Google Maps location could be a bit more accurate, but failed only by about 300meters - since the centre is a no car zone with the narrowest streets, this can be a bit difficult to manage.

Superb

Loved the chill sea- themed style of the rooms. Very clean! Comfy bed. And there was literally everything you need in the studio! Beautiful view from the balcony :) overall a perfect place to explore Sozopol and have a pretty and chill vacation. I am going back there next summer for sure!

The room was finely decorated and peaceful. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the balcony. The hosting couple was warm, welcoming and helpful. We wish to have stayed longer and we'll definitely come back!

Superb Guesthouse with personal touch from the friendliest of owners

We adored everything about this little guest house. The owners were very friendly and easy going, they allowed us to check in early & even presented me with a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday!! The rooms were spotless, spacious & comfortable with an amazing view over the harbour. The bathroom was very modern with a superb shower. It was nice to have complimentary water & selection of teas / coffees too. The room was equipped with ironing board, kettle & mini fridge. The location was fabulous and I can see myself staying here again for future visits to Sozopol. There was just NOTHING not to like, we loved it!

Cozy perfect stay!

The hosts were exceptionally nice! The location was fantastic - in the old part of town! It was really beneficial that there was free parking provided by the property (especially as it would have cost us to park in the Old Town of Sozopol). The room was sparkling clean, the area was really quiet.

We loved everything, the furniture is a little outdated but that didn't matter at all!
