Great location for us to navigate the university drop off. Lovely cottage with all we needed and loved the decor and local interest within that. Would definitely book again. Parking was great and convenient and never an issue

The key box wouldn’t open on our departure but by attangement we were able to leave the keys in a secure location.

Overall, we had a good stay and it suited what we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the living room and kitchen were both lovely and well-equipped. The location was great, with pubs nearby and only around a £5 Uber ride into the city centre. The cottage was clean to a reasonable standard, and we'd consider staying again if needed.
The garden needed some attention, with cobwebs and weeds making it less inviting to sit outside. The bathroom could do with a deep clean, the shower temperature was far too hot, and the toilet seat kept coming loose. We also noticed graffiti near the property saying "Eat S*** and Die," which wasn't a great first impression, and there were rats in the nearby area. I also asked about a later checkout but didn't receive a reply until after we'd already checked out, so unfortunately the response came too late to be useful. While we had a good stay overall, it probably wouldn't be our first choice next time.
