The house is in a great location, close to the walled city centre, Guildhall and Peace Bridge. We easily found on-street parking out front. The house was spotlessly clean and we appreciated the thoughtful extra amenities that made it feel like home. The decor was modern and comfortable. Our host was very good with communication and instructions. Would highly recommend Helen’s House.

Everything, it was so clean and maintained to such a high standard. It literally had everything you would need for the weekend. They also had baby high chair and travel cot there if needed.
The parking was a bit awkward with getting a space outside the house however the car park is only a short walk away and very cheap for 2 nights.

The owner made our stay very easy! Entry with the code, access to a nice TV room and there was coffee, tea, milk and butter available when we arrived. Great location - right outside in Derry's walled city for quick access. We felt very safe there and there were restaurants and pubs just around the corner. Quiet at night.
For older visitors: there are two bedrooms on the top floor that required going to the second floor for a bathroom. Not an issue for kids or teens!
