We really enjoyed our five-night stay at Léman Luxury Apartments. The apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable, with two proper bedrooms and plenty of room to relax, which was perfect for us. The District 3 location was excellent, very convenient for getting around Ho Chi Minh City while still feeling like a comfortable residential base. The rooftop pool was a lovely bonus. Hannah, who looked after our booking and check-in, was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. After several weeks travelling around Vietnam, it was wonderful to have somewhere that genuinely felt like a home away from home.
Very little. Our only real criticism was that the washing machine was quite antiquated and could definitely do with updating. As this is an apartment rather than a full-service hotel, guests should also expect a different experience in terms of hotel-style services and facilities. For us, however, the extra space, privacy, excellent location and convenience more than compensated for that.

We loved the property and our stay. Check in/out was easy. Location is great for getting around. Lovely views also at night. Washing machine was a super bonus. Small supermarket directly under the building. Lots of nice cafes/restaurants in walking distance.
Just small things - Apartment was generally v clean but the floor could do with cleaning - our socks were quite dirty from walking around. Could do with darker curtains in the smaller room - didn’t block out much light.

Location and size of the apartment.
Pool area very tired, no bar or cafe at the roof top. Apartment 19N also tired needs update, fridge not working well, beds uncomfortable.
