The location was right at Vincom so it was easy and convenient for everyone to go shopping or eating out. Catching a cab, however, took sometimes because it's a busy street, especially when it rained. There were only 2 lanes for the cab/grab to come in to pick up passenger, but one lane was parked with cars, so they blocked the exit and held up traffic. I think management should not allow cars to park and block the entrance/exit.
The entrance/exit where cabs/grabs pick up and drop off. It's always jampacked because cars were allowed to park at one of the two lanes that blocked the exit of other vehicles.
The laundry machine was not stabilized well so when washing, it shook and was noisy.

The bed sheet/pillow smell really bad. House keeper did not do good job. I did not have good sleep there because of that
