Great location, beautiful apartment.
No pool - misleading photos/images. No hotel service - we were under the impression this was a hotel, not a private rental. Was priced very highly for not being serviced or having a pool.

The room was quite good value for money. Harry was very helpful and accommodating. Location wise, if you enjoy walking you’re fine, if you don’t, it’s not the best location. However, we enjoyed walking over the bridge to the more busier areas.
You can’t use the facilities, so I suggest the company change their selling points immediately. They are offering the facilities but the reality is, they are only available for the residents. This shouldn’t be advertised!!!

Location was good
Staff was quite unhelpful and inept. We lost one day because the AC wasn’t working and they took close to 4 hours to clean and fix it.
