Décevant sur plusieurs point, je n'ai pas eu à ce quoi je m'attendais

confort ,l'espace, la propreté, les commodités. les activités offertes et le spa.

Nous sommes arrivés le 23 décembre 25 vers 18 heures. nous n'avons pas réussi a partir le foyer ,donc il faisait froid dans le chalet 19.5 cel et même si ont le montaient il restait à 19.5h . La 2e chambre du 1er étage avait un trou dans le coin gauche hauteur du plancher de la chambre ont pouvait voir dehors et un bébé dormait dans un parc près de ce trou. Le bébé a geler pour la duré de notre séjour. nous n'arrivions pas a réchauffer la chambre et malheureusement nous avons vus le trou seulement a notre départ. et pour finir nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude le 23-24-25-et le 26 décembre jusqu'à 17h00 et ont quittais le lendemain matin pour 11hoo . Un réparateur est venu pour le foyer et la tanq à l'eau chaude. Il ont réparé le foyer problème de fan et pour l'eau chaude la tanq était fini et il nous a informer que quelqu'un viendrait mais seulement le 26 déc. Avez vous déja rester dans un chalet pendant 5 jours dont 4 sans eau chaude l'enfer surtout avec des jeunes enfants. La vaisselle ,les bains ect obliger de faire chauffé L'eau pour tout et laver les bébés dans le lavabo. Les adultes pas de douches vraiment l'enfer. En terminant je trouve assez ordinaire que le bois pour le foyer ne soit pas inclus. Le chalet est chauffé le haut en entier que par le foyer ,si le foyer ne fonctionne pas ont gèle puisque le thermomètre. est bloqué à 19.5C. Donc une dépense de plus de 350.00$ de bois .Au prix que j'ai payé il me semble que le bois aurait dû être inclus. Je pense à demandé un dédommagement pour tout ces inconvénients. Franchement pas d'eau chaude Cela a gâcher notre séjour qui ma couter très cher.

Beau grand chalet, bien équipé. Confortable, belle nature.

Beau grand chalet, bien équipé. Confortable, belle nature.
