3 generations traveling for the weekend, had everything we needed :)

Great facilities within the building plus Supermarket and other amenities directly across the road. Any queries to management were very promptly replied to even the unfortunately left behind lost toy of my grand daughter who was very distraught however Epic staff sorted within 24 hours..... AMAZING!

Little tricky collecting keys, however that's only because we were walking from Southern Cross station

Check in process is not that great. Not able to drop luggage until 3:30pm in the afternoon. Not great experience for travellers. Arrived in the morning and the check in process wasted me a lot of time.

Disappointing.

Good location

Poorly maintained property. Broken Bin, bed and light globes. Then they had the cheek to charge us for a bed that was already broken. Over priced for what it was. No bath mat. Uncomfortable beds. No aircon in bedrooms. Internet info in booklet incorrect. Wouldn’t recommend this property much better options for better price in same location.

Bad apartment, nice Location

The only think that I liked is the Location

The apartment was not clean and the furniture is old and consumer, the bed sheets not clean at all the I found a small spot of blood, so I had to go and buy new sheets and pillows. Also there are lot of old pillows in the closet I don’t know why ?
