The location was excellent! Close to grocery shops and easy to navigate to places of interest. Nice quiet neighborhood, with a small garden to enjoy the outdoors. Loved being able to cook our own meals and do laundry as needed.
The mattresses were not comfortable, and we could not sleep two to a bed as we dipped towards the middle. We could have also used another kitchen towel.

Lovely row home in a lovely city near Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle, and much more. Place was easy to find, spotless, comfy, and included basics like soap, etc. Clothes washer was nice to have too. A parking pass is provided and there are spots reserved for that.

The property has been updated with a lovely bathroom, wonderful shower and new kitchen. We loved the location in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to many amazing spots to eat and walk the river.

Hot shower, leaving next morning
Toilet didn’t not fill - had to continually fill jug to flush toilet
Lounge chairs need replacing
Venetian blind outdated
Opened drawer second room and front came off
Sink plug centre not attached so water ran straight out
Felt unclean
Untidy outside
Beds uncomfortable
Housekeeper asked for feedback, as we left, and when we said we were not happy he said
“bad luck and have a miserable day”
