The villa was so pretty and looked just like the photos — it really is a 2-storey villa.
Very convenient location with nearby shops and a mini mart.
The receptionist was kind, welcoming and explained everything clearly, which made me feel safe as a first-time guest.
Our room was near reception, so it was easy for me to ask about things like bike rental and other services.
A staff member helped carry our bags and showed us around the villa when we arrived.
The room, bedsheets, towels and bathroom were very clean and smelled fresh.
The shower pressure was amazing and the hot water was just right.
The aircon worked really well — nice and cold.
Room service was convenient and the restaurant could send food directly to the villa.
Laundry service was great; everything came back clean and smelling good.
My son absolutely loved the private pool and could play for hours.
I also liked that there’s direct access from the pool area to the bathroom.
The upstairs area was so cosy, especially for relaxing or reading.
The staff clearly explained the villa rules and possible damage charges, which I appreciated.
I honestly wish we had stayed longer. ❤️

🦟 Mosquito bites were the biggest issue for us. Just keep in mind the villa is surrounded by trees and plants, so insects are expected.
🐜 Ants can appear if food is left around, so best to clean up after eating.
🔌 It would be helpful to have a power point near the table/chair area.
🛁 The bathtub drain/hole area could be cleaned better.
🍳 Breakfast starts at 8am, which was a little late for us as we’re early-morning breakfast people. 😅
🛵 The helmets provided with the bike rental could use an upgrade.
Nothing too serious, just a few things that could make the stay even better. 😊

It was clean and the staff went out of their way to assist us.
They needed comfy chairs near the rooms pool-sun lounge, bean chair maybe.
