とても素晴らしい滞在でした！
立地もとても便利で、観光や移動にも困りませんでした。ホストの方は初日からとても温かく迎えてくださり、滞在中も私たちの質問にいつも丁寧かつ迅速に対応してくださいました。
注文した朝食も時間通りに届けてくださり、とても美味しかったです！
滞在中、同行者が体調を崩した際にもすぐにサポートしてくださり、本当に心強かったです。
サービス、立地、ホストの温かさ、すべてに大満足です。バリ島での最高の思い出の一つになりました。またバリ島に来る機会があれば、ぜひここに泊まりたいです！

The villa itself was so beautiful & aesthetically pleasing, the paintings, the colour combinations, the cute lil “what happens in Bali stays in Bali” sign & backdrop. Super spacious & the staff were very friendly, accomodating & responded to our messages/enquiries almost instantly. We were also super close/centrally located to everything - airport, Seminyak, Canggu etc. Highly recommend.

The villa itself was great. It was quiet and just what we wanted.
What let this villa down was management. We were told on arrival to text Vanessa. One day woke up to water dripping from the light bulb and down stairs completely flooded from heavy rain. We sent Vanessa a message and didn’t get a reply. For two days wet, smelly sheets and towel that we used try and stop the water sat in our villa. The villa was barely ever serviced and not once did all our family of 5 ever have either enough bath towels to all have one or towels for the pool. Many times we asked if everyone could have a bath towel and were told tomorrow then the cleaner wouldn’t come. We soon worked out to get any help we needed to email through booking.com. Then response was fast. We lost power twice and had that rectified quickly with sending a email. Overall the only draw back to this villa was the lack of management and care to detail. If you book for 5 there should be 5 towels,5 glasses, forks etc. Begging for clean towels and change of sheets should never have been our reality. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
