Comodo, silenzioso, parcheggio coperto e scoperto (a scelta), acqua già in frigo a disposizione, necessario per la colazione (biscotti, fette biscottate, latte, te, caffè) cucina funzionale e con il necessario (olio compreso). Appartamento pulitissimo.
La proprietà produce anche del vino, quindi possibile degustare e acquistare direttamente
Forse va previsto un punto di appoggio per i clienti al piano terra (noi abbiamo preso l'appartamento su due livelli con divano letto al piano terra) per appoggiare meglio vestiti e oggetti privati
