About this house rental

Nestled in Conesus Lake, this attractive house for $369 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. First time available. Beautiful modern home located on the water in Long Point Cove of Conesus Lake with over 50 feet of lakefront. This breath taking home is located on the border of Long Point Park, which offers a large amount of green space for outdoor activities and family fun. The home has off street parking on a dead end street. Located 6 miles from the Village of Geneseo. Enjoy relaxing and grilling on the spacious custom patio which includes a fire pit while kids enjoy the small pebble beach. Kayaks are included but bring your boat to keep at our private dock! The kitchen is supplied with all the necessary needs, and the cozy living room has an astonishing view of the lake and includes a gas fireplace for chilly nights. Office/Den has a pull-out sofa with a privacy door. First floor master bedroom with modern bathroom has a king sized bed. Second floor has 2nd bedroom with queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed with an adjoining room that includes 2 full beds and a twin bed. This home is the perfect place to make memories that will last forever. 3 day minimum until June 15. Weekly only from Saturday to Saturday bookings only until after Labor Day.

This house was everything that the host said it would be. It was spacious, clean, well decorated, and at the perfect location. We really can't rave enough about this house and location. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, don't hesitate to select this house for your stay.

This house was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous and very spacious. The view of Conesus Lake is beautiful. The kayaks were great since I only have 2 and we had 4 people in our group. It was a great girls trip! Would highly recommend!

My family and friends wanted to explore the parks Upstate NY and Niagara Falls. This is as central as I can get. It's within 2 hours to Niagara Fall, Watkins Glen, Letchworth Park and the Vineyard. The residence is big. 3 bedrooms and a 4th as a tv room. 2 1/2 bath although could've added another shower. Although the rates are high, you actually save a least $200/day from eating out everyday, that's if you don't mind cooking while on vacation. There's a Wegman's, Aldi and Walmart 9 minutes away. What we didn't take advantage of was using the kayaks and the bbq grill. The kayaks were hard to carry since there were no handles to hold. The bbq grill needs cleaning.

We had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful. The pontoon was a bit pricey, so we didn't rent it.

Had a great time. House is on the lake, having kayaks was a bonus. Plenty to do around area. Fire pit near water was great for relaxing at night. Owner very helpful and reaponsive to a forgotten item at the house.

Very nice property. Plenty of space! We didn't have the best weather this week so we didn't get to enjoy the lake and patio as much as we would have wanted but the kids still had fun fishing off the dock. Location is good too. 30 minute drive to Rochester and also close to Letchworth State Park. We would like to add a suggestion to the restaurants to check out! The Ember Woodfire Grill in Livonia is absolutely amazing! 10/10 recommend. Worth a mention in the house instructions is that the king bed in the master bedroom is a sleep number. We didn't' realize this at first glance and it had been left on #25 and looked very deflated. We thought it was just a super worn out mattress. Then my husband found the remote and we had a good laugh. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.
