Our 4-bedroom/2-bathroom cottage accommodates 14 guests! Family and friends will enjoy this stay; pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you! The Space: Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Immediately inside is the living room with a full-size sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. The dining room and kitchen are to the right of the living room. We provide a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essential kitchenware items needed to prepare meals during your stay! A beautiful farm table with seating for 8 is in the dining room. This home has a split-bedroom layout. The master bedroom is on the far right side, just off the dining room. This room has a king bed, a SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The additional three bedrooms and bathroom are in the hall on the left side of the living room. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the other two have two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is shared between these bedrooms and has a shower/tub combination. Out back, a charcoal grill and picnic table are available! Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: Our home is in the Midtown/Historic District area within walking distance of dining options and coffee shops! Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code.
