My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed at this excellent apartment over Spring Break. The location is amazing, the host is super communicative and very helpful and the apartment itself is really great. Tons of restaurants are nearby and it's close to taxi stands and grocery stores.

Good location, but important issues to know before bookingThe place itself was well located and overall a decent stay. However, there were two issues that significantly impacted our experience.The biggest problem was loud construction on the floor above with loud hammers and saws, which started at 8 AM daily. When we contacted the host, they acknowledged it but noted it falls within legal hours (8 AM–7 PM). We understand construction happens, but this should be clearly disclosed at the time of booking so guests can make an informed decision. We would have chosen a different property had we known.The bathroom door also wouldn't close properly, leaving no real privacy.If it weren't for these issues, this would have been a solid stay. Worth considering if the construction has since wrapped up. Just ask before you book.
