In addition to that, we need a list of all guests' vehicles, including license plate numbers and also a copy of the renter's Government ID. As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please be advised that the City will fine renters in $500 per occurrence without notice if they fail to comply with the local ordinance.
