When I came into the office, I was already having a really hard day, it was extremely hot, but the manager still attempted to make me laugh, and although It didnt register, it was the sincerity I felt from him, like when someone knows your dealing with alot. He checked us in and even gave a courteous 30 minute late check out. And honestly I enjoyed my room with my family.
Some of the other guests standing outside my door having conversations loud, but I mean its a hotel lol

I liked how smooth and welcoming the check-in experience was. The staff were courteous, professional, and helpful, and I appreciated how quickly I was able to get settled into my room. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I felt welcomed and had a very pleasant experience.
There wasn't anything significant that I disliked about my previous stay. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the room met my expectations. If anything, I would simply appreciate an equally smooth and welcoming experience when I return. Maybe lite refreshments for guests checking in or out.

room was great. bed great. pillow covers smell like a lot of dust on them so I ended using a personal shirt over them. Outside the area, couple of homeless people just walking around. First night someone called the cops on somebody outside the hotel. You get what you pay for.

Comfortable enough room and parking was easy. Staff were polite and check in was simple.
It sounded like somebody was rearranging the entire room nearly ALL NIGHT above me. It seriously sounded like construction was going on -- and this was all night long. The walls must be paper thin. Additionally, the water coming out of the sink had a foul stench.
