CCBC has lots of community space, the resort and rooms are incredibly clean (and my room was next to the broom closet), all rooms are rather close to the parking lot, they have three different types of carts available to help with check-in and -out, rooms are dated but I think it makes the space cool, curtains close magnetically, AC works really well, rooms are well stocked with towels, and resort is safe and secured.
The process of adding a guest to a room makes sense and process ends early for a weekend in Palm Springs, but the logistics are not intuitive, rooms come with refrigerator/microwave and sink separate from the bathroom, but nothing to paper products or continental beverages to use (coffee, tea, appropriate cups, etc.).

The overall property features are always fun and amazing. Love the jacuzzi and social areas.
Beds in the room are rather uncomfortable and make it almost impossible to get a good night sleep. It would have also have been nice to have small chair/couch to lounge.
