Spotlessly clean. Beds were so comfortable. Customer service exceptional.

Only thing if I had to pick something is the stairs I am disabled and the stairs wrte a challenge for me but that is nothing to do with the property

I did mention about the tvs not having any free channels on them. (Not a complaint)

The property was well sized & comfortable. Enjoyed our first night so much.
Was told on our second night to be quiet by 9pm, never been told that in life & in Blackpool too, when there were other visitors smoking weed outside the building so we had to close the windows & when we left Sunday a man was smoking weed outside take it they never got told about that. So that ruined our last night as we were worried about making to much noise. Shame because we would of booked again
