What a great apartment in a fabulous location! We loved the air conditioning during the heat wave - and that the bedroom, and living area have seperate thermostats. Both work really well!!!!
This apartment is on street level - and despite it being almost next door to a restaurant, we were not bothered by street noise at all.
The bedroom faces an internal courtyard, with opening windows, with again was very quiet. The bed was very comfy, and the linen was clean and crisp, although the bed was made up without a fitted sheet - had a duvet cover instead (as there was plenty of spare linen, we just remade it correctly...) There are ample drawers and hanging space if you want to unpack.
The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need for a self catering stay - plenty of appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils (NB there is no freezer compartment in the fridge). The team replaced the kettle for us whilst we were there as it wasn't working - only took 48 hours :)
The bathroom is on the small side, but the shower has plenty of hot water and pressure. As others have reported, there are no towel rails, but this wasn't an issue for us - there is a clothes rack under the bed, and plenty of room in the bedroom to put it. There was no bad smell as others reported.
The location is fabulous - our favourite arrondisment - there are lots of supermarkets close by (we prefer Market Paris Sevres - over two floors - huge range!), restaurants aplenty, and an artisan boulanger a block away for genuine baguettes! Le Bon Marche, and La Grand Epicurie both within an easy walk, and more besides.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
There are internal steps = one up to the bathroom and then another one up to the bedroom - beware of these at night
The apartment itself is just tired - with a little freshen up(especially with the grout in the bathroom), we would rate this a 10!

Idéal pour une famille de 4.
Très joli, bien placé mais bruyant. Le ballon d'eau chaude fait un bruit horrible H24.
La chambre est parfaite, dommage que le canapé lit ne soit pas à la hauteur.
Manque également des chaises pour pouvoir manger à 4 à table. C'est dommage car sinon c'est un très bel appartement, très bien équipé avec des matériaux de belle qualité.

La ubicación
Departamento muy ruidoso. Poco mantenimiento, Cortinas rotas, toallas sucias . Apenas llegue di aviso de como encontré el departamento. Quedaron en venir a intervenir el departamento con los arreglos, pero nunca vino nadie en los 5 días que estuvimos hospedados. Adicionalmente para mi descontento, fue muy complejo todo el proceso de pagar la garantia de depósito y muy poco confiable.
