We were very happy with this apartment. It was very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The location was excellent, the Metro was across the street next to the Carrefour. The communication was excellent before and throughout our stay, especially with Elena. David met us on time and we appreciated him helping with our bags, particularly going up the stairs! Sometimes the property does not live up to the pictures; that was definitely not the case here. The pictures were very accurate. There was plenty of room for the two of us. The wifi was strong and I was able to have zoom work meetings with no issue. We loved the rooftop terrace; I wish we had used it more for cafe in the a.m. or happy hour in the p.m. We had all types of weather over our 5 weeks and the AC worked well when it got hot. Overall, I felt the apartment was exactly as advertised. I felt the price was fair for what we got. I would happily rent it again. I wish I was still there. Next rental in Paris or another city I will look for this company's properties. The whole experience was top notch and I would highly recommend this apartment.
