The castle itself is quite beautiful and the pension is pretty much part of the castle. The views were great and the fact that it's perched on top of a hill on its own makes it a very peaceful and quiet place.
The rooms are a bit bare (no desk, etc) and the instructions on how to get there were not very good. You're supposed to drive thru a road (more like a hiking path) that is prohibited for cars to enter, which they did not mention, so we thought we were in the wrong place. We had to call them to ask for directions. They met us write away to show us, but this could have been avoided with a simple note in the instructions email. There is almost no mobile signal and we were not told anything about the wifi in advance. There was a small sticker on the top corner of the main door w wifi details, which we didn't find until the following day, unfortunately.

The location next to Hrad Doubravka and the views were amazing. The instructions for the self check-in were clear and easy to follow and we appreciated having use of a kitchen. The decor was great - very quirky and in keeping with the old building.
Nothing - the pension is what we expected.

Klíče a potvrzení na parkování jsme si vyzvedli velmi jednoduše podle pokynů. Uvítali jsme možnost vyjet autem až nahoru. Ubytování je na pěkném místě. Nádherný výhled, odpoledne možnost občerstvení v kiosku.
Nepříjemný zápach na chodbě. Velmi slabé stěny. Z vedlejšího pokoje byli sousedé slyšet, jakoby se bavili s námi v pokoji. Zničený (mokrý, nabobtnalý) nábytek v koupelně. Špatně odtékající odpad ve sprše. Po dlouhé túře jsme se těšili na dlouhou sprchu, ta v podstatě nebyla možná.
