The code for the key box outside the front door was emailed to us and worked very well.
The property was an Ideal get away for what we were looking for so close to the beach and Burgh Island

The property had a really nice feel to it, everything was low maintenance and flowed lovely, the location was perfect, a fabulous view out to Burgh island and perfect for a surfer/water sport van
The outside space was not as advertised in booking.com, the garden off the bedroom end of the property was unusable, especially the covered area, you couldn’t sit on the seats as they were so dirty, the garden has not been maintained for some time, all the outside space needs to be cleaned and painted, the inside also needs some tlc.
