The Space
The open-plan lounge and kitchen is bright, well-equipped and designed for relaxed coastal living. Settle in, kick off your sandy shoes and feel the difference a brand-new caravan makes. The kitchen has everything you need for proper home cooking - so you can do the Devon cream tea thing properly without leaving the park. And on a clear day you can catch a lovely glimpse of the sea from the lounge, a little bonus that guests always appreciate.

The caravan has its own private outdoor space - fully set up with lounge chairs.

The Beach
Challaborough's Blue Flag beach is a short, flat stroll from Sandy Toes — safe swimming, a surf school, paddleboard hire and the Venus Café right at the water's edge. At low tide, walk the causeway across to Burgh Island and the legendary Pilchard Inn. One of Devon's great tidal adventures.

The Park
Challaborough Bay has an indoor heated pool (open March to November), sauna, adventure playground, sports court and soft play. The park charges separately for activities — just ask us and we will point you in the right direction.
Exploring the Area
Kingsbridge and its independent shops are 10 minutes away. Salcombe — one of England's most beautiful estuaries — is 20 minutes. The South West Coast Path runs right past for coastal walks in either direction. Dartmoor is 40 minutes when you want moorland instead of coastline.
