Everything matches the description. It is very (really VERY) close to the airport, literally 7-10 minutes on foot. You don't have to use a taxi or a personal transfer if it's inconvenient or expensive. It takes exactly 1 minute by car :) The room is small, but there is room for a double bunk bed. Don't expect much comfort, just sleep and hygiene. It's clean enough, there's a great capsule coffee machine and 4 charges for it. Water and snacks are also available. There is also a small refrigerator. The owner was in constant contact, very well done.

Very small and windowless, but functional and suitable for a short overnight stay before an early flight.
More like a shoebox than a hotel room: very small, no windows, and purely funtional.
