Extremely clean and the most comfortable bed ever! The kitchen is also very cute. Room Etna really is with a view to the volcano and has private bathroom. The cleaning lady is very sweet and everything was squeaky clean. Highly recommend for the price. The location is also top notch- 15 mins to the centre and 15 to the central station by foot.

Location is nice.
Room has a nice balcony where we watched the great mountaion of Etna erupting. Keep your head up so you will not see the - not very clean - local market. Do not get me wrong, local markets are great to visit but not to live next to them.
There is a nice common kitchen with a fridge that could be useful sometimes.
The owner was nice to allow us a 1-hour early check-in.
We had a room that looks to a very noisy and dirty square.There is a daily market that starts 5 a.m and at night loud music past midnight.
Cleaning starts at very early morning so hard to get enough sleep.
We accidentally lost the building key in the very wide gap of the elevator, we informed the owner honestly and she asked us to pay 10€..fair? Maybe, but definately not the nicest thing.
The elevator itself is old as it can be,mostly not coming due to people leaving the doors open.
The location is nice but the very street of the building's door is a bit ... wonky.
